Having an in-depth knowledge on Audio Visual requirements and itemised supplier quotes, means we can often reduce the proposed AV bill significantly by structuring the program, speaker requirements and room allocations in such a way that offers the most leverage on hire equipment and AV staffing requirements. There are many nifty and clever ways in which you can reduce the need for additional breakout room fees by maximising the use of a limited number of function rooms and spaces and working closely with the client to structure the event program to allow for this.
